  • Registration for POST opens February 1 and runs through July 31.

  • By logging in to your participant profile on the POST log in page, you can edit and update images and information as often as you'd like! Think of your participant profile as your personal page housed on the POST website. We understand that circumstances change; you create new work or change studio locations, for example. By maintaining full authorship of your POST artist profile, you are able to keep your information as up-to-date as possible.

  • An artist registration is fit for ONE ARTIST ONLY. A community partner is a collective, gallery, or organization that supports, encourages, and promotes the visual arts in Philadelphia. If your organization does this, you are a community partner! If you are a studio building and you would like to register as a community partner you must have at least one artist registered for the event before you can do so. Community partner registration does not include individual registrations for artists within your building.

If you are a business owner (retail/food/beverage) you may also register for POST as a Community Partner. Please contact POST@cfeva.org with any questions.

  • Each participant must register individually. The benefit of registering individually is that visitors tend to gravitate to locations with higher densities POST registrants. By registering individually you are increasing the number of destinations in your neighborhood, and are thereby more likely to attract visitors!

  • No, we do not recommend or encourage this setup. It is in your best interest to register and officially be included on the Tour. This way you can attend all POST events, be considered for POST and CEVA events and exhibitions, and be included in POST promotional materials.

  • We want you to participate!

2+ registered artists are encouraged to share a space during POST.

Please visit our POST community Facebook page to search for temporary studio set ups.

  • POST is open to studios and creative spaces within the Philadelphia city limits. If your studio falls outside the city limits, but you still want to participate, please contact POST@cfeva.org and we may be able to pair you with a Community Partner for the POST day. CFEVA cannot guarantee placement.

  • At this time we do not offer free registration, but we are currently working on making our membership more accessible & equitable. We are happy to work with you to establish a payment plan to participate in POST this year. Stay tuned on our website for registration deals throughout the year.

  • POST's registration fee is comparable to other nationally acclaimed open studio tours. We are committed to keeping the cost as low as possible for our artist participants, and as such have not raised the program's registration fees in more than six years. CFEVA is willing to work with you to fulfill your registration commitment in monthly installments. Please contact POST@cfeva.org .
