February 1: Registration is open!

April: Check back in for the POST Friendraiser & Artist Meet Up!

June 30: Last day to place your ad in the print directory

August 1: Registration Closes, Deadline for all profiles to be complete & accurate for print

September: Check back in for our pick-up party date!

October 14 & 15: POST East of Broad, 12-6pm

October 21 & 22: POST West of Broad, 12-6pm

  • After registering, check your inbox for your login information. Login to make changes to your profile, that will be visible on the POST map. This step is critical! Make sure your address, images, and socials are up-to-date for artists and visitors alike to find you on the map.

  • Outreach to artists in your neighborhood, studio building & community! Let them know about this opportunity to get on the map, and be a part of POST 2023.

    Community Partners — connect with your neighbors to build lasting connections.

    Host a Community Meeting for your studio building, in-person or over Zoom! Share the opportunity in your virtual communications - contact POST@cfeva.org with any questions.

    Partner with local studio buildings, galleries, and businesses in your neighborhood. Create a collaborative community within your network! Spark a lasting partnership. Outreach to studio buildings and local businesses in your quadrant or neighborhood to get them registered for POST. After their tour, direct visitors from your building to your local businesses, and connect with them to do the same.

  • Follow CFEVA on our social media to keep up-to-date on happenings in your community, and opportunities to connect with artists and creatives outside of your neighborhood.

  • Spread the word that you’ll be participating in POST! Stay tuned for more information on picking up print collateral - including mailable postcards. In the meantime, share you’ll be opening your space on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and everywhere else! Post in your local community groups, tell your neighbors. Download the “How to POST” below and use it as a tool to have the most successful POST yet!

  • Place an ad in our print collateral. Artists & Community partners receive a 25% discount off all advertising! Shout out your studio's artists in an ad in our directory, or advertise an upcoming event or exhibition.
