Petrovich-Cheney was born in Philadelphia, raised in Haddonfield and lives in Asbury Park. She earned her BA in Fine Arts & English Literature at Dickinson College, an MS degree in FashionDesign from Drexel University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with an MFA in Studio Artsfrom Moore College of Art & Design. Her works are in several collections - the new Pittsburgh
PNC Tower, Temple University Hospital, MD Anderson Cooper Hospital Cancer Center, and Abington Sculpture Park; and shown in AIR Gallery, Delaware Art Museum, James Michener Museum and many private collections. She received a grant to the Vermont Studio Center and crowdfunded with a Kickstarter campaign for a residency to The Arctic Circle. She was recognized by The Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, the National Art Education Association, the Council for Art Education, National Academy of Art and the NJ State Department of Education.
